Showroom Sales Assistant and Bench Locksmith Location: Kensington/Chelsea Salary: Up to £22,500 One of the most recognised security brands in the South East. Our client supplies and installs locks, safes, doors, burglar alarms, fire alarms, CCTV, security gates, grilles, shutters and garage doors, and door entry systems. Having been established for many decades they now have over 300 staff working across multiple showrooms and stores. We are currently recruiting for a full time Showroom Assistant for their newly refurbished high end showroom in Guildford. The Job role and what we're looking for: To ensure their Customers are extended the highest levels of customer service at all times Delivering personal sales to agreed targets and KPI measures Serving Customer in a courteous and professional manner Handling customer complaints efficiently To provide accurate advice on products and interior décor/furniture requirements Identify local commercial opportunities Efficiently handle all web enquiries and convert to orders where possible Exceptional communication skills Highly commercial with proven sales experience Customer focused with drive to exceed expectations Local market knowledge desirable Sales experience is preferable and a Locksmithing course or relevant experience is desired but not essential as in-house training will be provided.
