Overview
My client is looking for an ambitious Sales Negotiator to join their state-of-the-art Estate Agents in Hounslow. You would be joining a warm and welcoming family run business who have successfully managed lettings and residential sales within the Hounslow Borough since the 80's. The successful candidate will strive to continue providing an unrivalled level of service to our clients. Responsibilities include but are not exhaustive too: Identifying clients requirements and matching properties accordingly Booking and conducting viewings Listing new properties Negotiating and closing deals Building and maintaining strong rapport with clients Handling all enquiries in a timely and professional manner Delivering exceptional client service Key requirements include: Minimum 1 year proven sales background within estate agency or property related background Good understanding of the current property market Local marketing knowledge of Hounslow and surrounding areas Self-motivated and financially driven Strong negotiation skills Excellent telephone manner and client facing skills Excellent communication skills - must be capable of building and maintaining good relationships with clients, colleagues and agents Good time management and presentation skills Accuracy and attention to detail Presentable, professional and confident Proactive, independent and able to work on own initiative and in a team Must have full UK driving licence and own car Package includes: £20,000 to £25,000 basic plus OTE Uncapped commission Statutory sick pay Statutory pension 28 days holiday including bank holidays Hours: Monday to Friday - 9AM to 6PM Saturday - 9:30 AM to 3PM
