Specialist sectors: Selling to National Posts / National Parcel Carriers / SaaS / Courier / Technology / Upstream & Downstream Logistics / 3PL / Business Development / Sales Location: UK based (anywhere) with UK and European travel Package: £cira£70k (negotiable) with possibility to more than double salary in uncapped bonus share options The Regional Head of Sales will be responsible for strategic Sales Planning and BD activities, development of market share and industry sectors, and the implementation of business development initiatives which drive future growth. Develop sales leads • Identify key customer contacts • Identify customer needs Define and communicate pursuit strategy to match needs to service offering Develop pricing strategy for large opportunities • Negotiate and close deals Experience Required: The successful candidate will preferably have current / recent experience in comparable sales roles within IT companies serving the Transport & Logistics sectors. At least three years of demonstrated success selling Enterprise Software with a strong preference for SAAS experience Ability to identify opportunities for and sell the company services Experienced in driving compelling sales propositions at Board Level, focussing on revenue gain, operational savings and overall ROI to win contracts Track record of meeting and/or over-achieving sales revenue and profit margin targets by being able to match services offerings with customer needs Hungry and energetic individual, who is motivated by share options and performance related bonus schemes.
