We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to start your property career at one of London’s leading estate agencies, who are looking for an enthusiastic trainee to join their well-established central London sales and lettings office. This position is ideal for anyone looking to embark on an exciting career in the property industry with the market leaders. The ideal candidate will be highly energetic and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills. They should be focused, disciplined and eager to learn. Experience in a sales environment would be beneficial but not essential. The duties of this role, for which you will receive full training, will include but not be limited to: Conducting viewings. Managing and maintaining database and website. Negotiating and agreeing offers. Providing applicants and vendors with regular feedback. Assisting with marketing and business generation. Various ad-hoc administration office duties. Applicants must possess: A desire to learn and establish themselves in the local property market. Strong communicational skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. A professional, positive and ambitious approach. Self-motivation as well as the ability to work well within a team.
