Our client, a global software solutions company, are recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to join their UK office in Rickmansworth. Key responsibilities: Take responsibility for key strategic accounts from day 1, ensuring that customers receive a first-class product and service Work in a consultative manner by offering advice and guidance on how the software can be used more effectively within the organisation Identify, propose and close opportunities to grow revenue with each client you are responsible for Own the target for upselling additional licenses, features and modules Become a product expert and thought leader on the use of the company product Manage the full contract lifecycle, ensuring delivery is fulfilled and contract renewals are handled smoothly Attend trade shows, networking events and other industry essentials Follow up on new business enquiries when and where required What the employer is looking for 3-5 years of B2B sales experience Technology industry experience or at least 'tech-savvy’ Proof of achieving and exceeding sales targets Exceptional communication and presentation skills High level of written English MS Office knowledge Experience using a CRM system Dynamic, engaging and hardworking Strong ability to self-manage and work on multiple opportunities at any one time What’s in it for you?
