Graduate USSD Product Owner

Job Description
Editec are a fast-expanding company working across Africa (currently 18 countries) with more than 60,000 people. We are looking for Graduate Product Owner with Business Analyst experience to assess, scope, organize, prioritise and oversee the delivery of all USSD products and enhancements across all countries. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and/or progressing the USSD functionality and business requirements, working with cross-functional teams to prioritise and manage product/feature launches. Responsibilities * Keep track of industry trends * Gather requirements for all upcoming projects, products and service enhancements through working with stakeholders, local operations and suppliers, where required. * Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria based on stakeholder feedback which can be clearly and unambiguously interpreted by developers. * Analyse preferences and requests of end users and stakeholders to produce clear process maps and wireframes for new products and feature improvements to assist in the interpretation of user stories, * Support and keep track of the implementation delivery of USSD services. * Consistently monitor all products and services for further improvements and optimisation. * Ensure all products are tested adequately before going live. * Provide necessary training for all system users. Requirements * Experience managing all stages of the product life cycle * Knowledge and experience in wireframing tools (balsamiq, moqups, Axure etc) * Programme management or senior project management would be a strong asset * Excellent communication skills * Experience in agile delivery * Knowledge / Experience in the online betting industry * Good organizational skills
