Overview
Are you a Sales Specialist looking for a fantastic new role working for one of the leading spa travel agencies in Europe? You will be working full-time in Brighton and earning a salary up to £20,000 along with industry-leading benefits. As a Sales Specialist, you will join an award-winning Sales and New Business team of 100 who have created exceptional recognition for the company in terms of multiple industry awards working from their London and Brighton offices. This is an incredibly fast-paced and challenging role liaising between clients and venues to book all elements of a customer's day spa experience. Your key Sales responsibilities: Dealing with a high volume of warm daily leads, making over 100 calls per day while dealing with incoming calls and scheduled call-backs. Building rapport with prospects and customers using your effective questioning and conversational techniques to identify their needs and requirements. Collaborating with hotel reservations departments and spa reservations teams to confirm availability and confirm bookings. Consistently working to achieve individual and team KPIs. Your monthly Sales Specialist benefits include an uncapped commission scheme, 22 days holiday pa, increasing to 25, upon completion of a 6-month probation period. You'll be invited to go on familiarisation trips to UK, Europe and ROW destinations in order to increase your learnings and experiences. Your skills and requirements: Previous sales and call centre experience is preferred. A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and outstanding telephone manners. Highly organised with the ability to multitask. Motivated and committed to achieve targets and KPI's and thrives under pressure.
