Overview
Are you an experienced fundraiser and looking to take the next step in your career within the charity sector? We are currently on the lookout for a Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team in the heart of central London. Role You will be recruiting face to face fundraisers for several industry-leading charities locally and across the UK. We are looking for a fundraising professional who can apply their knowledge of the sector to facilitate in ensuring a smooth recruitment process. This role offers the opportunity to gain valuable charity sector experience whilst networking and making lifelong connections. No two days will be the same, as you will be liaising with candidates and clients over the phone and in meeting. Main responsibilities include: - Managing outbound and inbound calls, screening candidates over the phone - Interviewing candidates face to face - Building and maintaining solid relationships with charity clients - Sourcing CVs on various job boards - Networking through social media e.g. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn Skills required: - Outstanding communication and good interpersonal skills - Confident and outgoing - Ability to work under pressure and with a good level of urgency - Driven and motivated with a can-do attitude - Articulate and professional - Excellent organisation and ability to multitask Hours and salary Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am-6pm (with an early finish on Thursday and Friday). We offer a competitive salary of £20k-£30k depending on experience, as well as an attractive bonus scheme which works on individual commission.
