Rayner Personnel Vacancy ESTATE AGENT TENANT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER LIMEHOUSE, E14 Basic Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience This is a fantastic opportunity for a competent TENANT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER who is thorough, personable and committed. You will be responsible for all aspect of tenant liaison and be required to proficiently deal with all issues raised by tenants. The skills required for this TENANT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER role will include: ·3 years experience in lettings and/or property management ·Excellent customer service ·First class organisational skills ·Strong on maintenance repairs, inspection and dealing with Landlords/Tenants/Contractors ·Good telephone manner Our client is an award winning independent estate agent based in Limehouse.
