We operate two cement plants and around 80 quarries, 40 asphalt plants, 170 ready-mixed concrete and mortar plants, nine concrete and clay products plants, four contract surfacing businesses, six import/export terminals and two slate production facilities. Position: Account Manager - Bulk Cement Location: Hope Valley, Derbyshire Job type: Full Time, Permanent Salary: £Competitive Benefits: A competitive remuneration package will be offered including pension, company car and life assurance. Closing date for applications: 3rd April, 2020 About the role: West Midlands / South Commercial Account Manager required to target regional key accounts, ensuring sales and volume growth targets are achieved in-line with business strategies. Responsibilities: - Developing and managing customer accounts whilst adding value to the business. - Implement Key Account Management Plans to deliver results. - Provide sales forecast / account information to line managers. - Building robust and in-depth market knowledge of the regional bulk cement market for strategic review. - In-depth knowledge / understanding of major projects in the area. - Managing credit control, recovering debt, resolving queries and minimising debtor days. - Commitment to delivering optimum levels of customer service.
