Overview
Square Peg Associates are working with a leading Financial Services company who are looking for a Telesales Executive to work through a warm leads list; making outbound calls, building rapport with customers and then referring to an Advisor to secure the sale. Salary is £18k bonus commission Activities also include fact-finding all related financial income & expenditure details to ensure a smooth process and the right products being offered. Telesales Executive Job Duties: Making outbound calls to WARM leads Updating personal and financial details accurately on client portfolios Making referrals to the Advisers in a professional manner to ensure there are no delays to offering the customer the right product and solutions Ensure that the end to end process operates in an efficient manner Adhering to the industry wide framework for continually improving the customer journey Ensuring that the necessary turnaround time is achieved Timely investigation/ resolution/ escalation of queries and issues that may arise Ensure procedures and process maps are followed Hours are: Monday 9am-8pm Tuesday Wednesday Thursday 9am-5:30pm OR12pm-8pm Friday 9am-5pm One Saturday in every 4 weeks 9.30am - 2.30pm As a Telesales Executive you will be liaising with Customers and Advisors daily, therefore we are looking for individuals with an excellent telephone manger and fantastic relationship building skills.
