We may just have the job you are looking for My client a winter maintenance company is looking for a Business Development Executive to join them with an immediate start. From your first day, you will be building your knowledge of new & prospective customers in order to create a solution to ensure your clients health and safety needs are met. You will need to be a consultant that wants to partner themselves with businesses to help them achieve their goals. As you develop yourself as an expert you will be responsible for the accounts you have won. Due to the nature of the company the role will be split into 2 areas: During the months of April to October you will be expected to develop new business and negotiate maintenance contracts. During the months of November to March you will be managing existing accounts within your sector. You must be able to communicate effectively with people at all levels, be enthusiastic, target driven and be self motivated. Previous experience in a B2B sales role is mandatory to be considered. Organisation and strong time management is another important factor along with the ability to be resilient. You must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience of a sales CRM system would be an advantage. This is a fun a lively work environment with excellent future career development. This role is Monday to Friday and paying a basic salary of up to £23,000 PA depending on experience. In addition an uncapped bonus scheme - OTE up to £35,000 PA Unfortunately, we are unable to respond to every application.
