Business Development Manager (Dental)

Business Development Manager East Anglia & surrounding areas Salary- £30,000-£35,000 company Incentive Scheme Reports to the National Sales Manager I am currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager within the dental industry within the orthopaedic sector. The role is to cover East Anglia and its surrounding areas. The salary on offer is between £30,000-£35,000 dependant on experience plus numerous company benefits and incentive scheme. What will you be doing? 1) Manage and develop their territory which involves visiting 8 dental practices a day, seeing 4 key contacts a day and delivering lunch time presentations. 2) Retain and strengthen current relationships allowing the business to grow by hitting targets which are in place on a quarterly basis. 3) Attend and deliver education at evening meetings, regional meetings, national & international exhibitions (this may mean time away from home and weekend work). 4) Responsible for seeing key opinion leaders within dental practice environment developing recommendation & endorsement for our extensive portfolio. 5) Responsible for the development of territory business plan to include classification of practices and the development of key opinion leaders to ensure recommendation, endorsement and sales growth. 6) Attend national sales meetings on a quarterly basis with an overnight stay. 7) Journey plan their complete territory to ensure full coverage and optimum results are achieved. 8) Complete administration in a neat and timely manner. What we are looking for: Must have at least 1 year of field sales "on the road" An ambitious and self-motivated individual who is going to push themselves to gain new business for the company and uphold the already high standards.
