This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and growing local independent Estate Agent in North West London as a Trainee Sales Negotiator. Some sales experience is necessary, this role will be very busy, fast paced and sometimes demanding, so experience within a Sales environment would be beneficial. Company Profile for the Trainee Sales Negotiator: Our client is an independent firm with offices in London and Hertfordshire. They have been around for over 10 years and have expanded rapidly over the years. They have a very close-knit team and have a great presence in the area, they are always getting involved with fundraising for different charities. This firm are looking for a proactive and articulate person to come on board who wishes to have a career within the industry and more specifically on the Sales side of things. Character profile of the Trainee Sales Negotiator: Personable Bubbly character Can-do, positive attitude Competitive Driven Money Motivated Must have a full UK drivers license This is a role centered around being a part of a successful Sales team, so the chosen Sales Negotiator needs to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a sales role, work as a team player as well as having the customer service skills that are required to be proficient in all aspects of the job. Package for the Trainee Sales Negotiator: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6:30pm, (Friday 6pm Finish) Every other Saturday 10am-2pm Basic: £14-16k Basic, Comms £30k OTE Car Allowance provided
