You will be working specifically within the higher education sector to manage and grow existing commercial relationships. There are a number of different paths this role can progress to, making this a fantastic place to join in terms of opportunity and earning potential. JOB TITLE: Account Manager - High Education LOCATION: South West London office, UK territory PACKAGE: up to £35k base, £15k OTE uncapped, company financial bonus incentives, Gym Discount, Mobile, Lunch, Drinks, 25 days holiday increasing to 28 in year 2. COMPANY INFORMATION SaaS business founded in the UK around 10 years ago. Number 1 provider in their space Their software is used by universities and corporations to manage students from higher education into graduate schemes and eventually successful career, with tangible ROI. Vibrant office culture based on business campus in London (South West) Have experienced year-on-year 'organic' growth - with plans to grow further. KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED A record of success in account management Previous experience selling into higher education is a huge plus (universities and business schools). A skilled relationship builder and exceptional communication skills. If you have worked for a SaaS business, eLearning company, or conversely sold to HR audiences, it will be an advantage but it is not a prerequisite. A genuine interest in being part of a post-start-up environment and looking to grow the business exponentially. ROLE INFORMATION Tasked with looking after and managing relationships with leading educational and some corporate institutions. Approximately 35 customers (to begin with). Growth and retention targets involved This innovative platform allows business to effectively plan a student or employee's journey and engagement, to ensure their career is kept aligned with business. Cloud, e-learning suite which acts as part of a career service for large HR functions.
