Enterprise Account Executive - CX Services to Contact Centres - £240 OTE $6.6 billion turnover Perfect role for an expert selling to contact centres Paid up to 3% on all deals ($10m quota Y1) Benefits of this Enterprise Account Executive position: Basic salary up to £120,000 OTE £240,000, uncapped £6k car allowance Competitive benefits (see above pension, healthcare, top performer trips and company laptop) Your Career : You need have carried and performed well against a multimillion-pound target for the past few years. Having previous dealings with contact centres will be hugely beneficial as that is who you will be focusing on selling the CX services to. The Role : Navigating around the biggest call centre accounts on the business' books, understanding the different layers of the contact centre and how they interact with each other. You'll be predominantly targeting the Head of Customer Experience, Head of Digital, CMO etc. The Company: One of the biggest services companies on the planet. Headquartered in the US with a huge presence in the UK. They have a number of different arms of the business; Transactions, End User Experience, HR Ops, Pharmaceuticals and Transportation Services. For this Enterprise Account Executive Role, you will need: 3 years carrying an enterprise services quota You must be an expert selling to the contact centre Track record selling CX services a plus Access to London every 2 weeks Location: Central London offices, can be home based.
