Estate Agent Sales Progressor - Worcester - £22k package (salary negotiable dependent on experience) Monday - Friday - 40 Hour Week Our client is a professional and well established multi branch independent Estate and Lettings Agency brand who are dedicated in delivering a personal and high quality level of service to all customers and due to that have a strong reputation in the area. Due to continued growth our client is now looking to recruit an experienced and professional Sales Progressor Manager to join their vibrant team in Worcester. The Role: You will be required to work closely with the Negotiators and the Management team to ensure the whole sales progression process runs smoothly, also to liaise with Purchasers, Vendors, Solicitors, Surveyors as well as other Estate Agents involved in the chain and make sure the conveyance process is carried out smoothly and professionally. The ideal candidate will be bright, energetic, confident, organised, well presented and have an extremely good telephone manner. Essential Skills required for being a successful Estate Agent Sales Progressor: • Experience progressing sales in Estate Agency is Essential • Excellent communication skills • Accurate, numerate and computer literate • A team player with excellent organisational skills
