Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - £25k Package - Worcester A great opportunity to join my multi disciplined Independent Estate Agency client based in a premium Worcester location. They maintain a strong reputation in the area and have a proven track record in the city. This is a brilliant opportunity for a candidate to grow and progress their career along with having great earning potential in a brand that is recognised for success and service. My client is now looking for a strong and professional Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join their busy team. Within this role your main responsibilities will include: ·Arranging and conducting viewings ·Successfully negotiating offers ·Progressing Sales through to completion. ·Maintaining regular contact with all vendors ·Maintaining regular contact with all applicants, making them aware of new properties as they become available.
