Lettings Negotiator

Position: Lettings Negotiator Package: £18k plus commission Location: Huddersfield Due to growth and company success, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Negotiator to join a market leading Estate Agency on a permanent basis in Huddersfield. In return the client will offer a lucrative Salary and commission package. This s a full time role that will require 1 in 4 Saturdays. As a Lettings Negotiator you will be working as part of a fast paced lettings team and you will be responsible for: Arranging property viewings Negotiating with Landlords and Tenants Listening to potential tenants requirements and selling the best suited property Liaising with customers to answer any queries they have and developing long lasting relationships with your landlords. Registering applicants and ensuring all required documentation is obtained As a Lettings Negotiator you will have the following skill set: Previous Lettings experience or experience working in a targeted environment Solid IT skills and be technology savvy Strong written and verbal communication skills Full UK driving license and use of own car This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced or aspiring Lettings Negotiator to join a well-established Lettings with unrivalled career progression and uncapped commission.
