Overview
Halo Recruitment are working with a fab business based in Waterlooville who are seeking an experienced, pro active and motivated Sales Account Manager to join their growing team. Due to our rapid growth, THEY are looking for dynamic sales professionals to take on existing key accounts, seek out businesses opportunities with new clients and convert inbound enquiries into to sales. Responsibilities : Acting as a single point of contact for your individual client base Actively and professionally seeking new business opportunities Consistently work towards and deliver the weekly/monthly targets that are set Pro-actively grow your sales pipeline and generate your own business Nurture relationships with existing client base to gain sales opportunities Essential: Target driven and able to work to deadlines At least 1 yrs Account Management/Sales experience in B2B Excellent verbal & written communication skills Self-motivated & target driven A high level of numeracy and good communication skills Desirable: Working within the construction industry Package - Salary - £25k Basic Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE of £60k) Various Incentives to win (Weekends away, Nights out, Prizes) Progression opportunity to then get company car, laptop, phone etc.
