Trainee Pest Control Field Operative (Full Training) Home Based, London (Can live in or near: Stevenage, Luton, Hemel Hempstead, Hatfield, Watford, St. Albans, Cheshunt, Enfield, Edgware or similar) £22,000 (OTE 25K) Overtime Commission Van (personal use) Pension Training Management Progression No pest Control Experience Required. Do you have an background in Biology or Pest Control looking for a field-based role offering full training and additional qualifications as well as the opportunity to progress as Regional Manager? In the role you will work with an experienced operative who will manage your specialist training and personal development until you are ready to progress as a supervisor and eventually Regional Branch Manager? This is a highly autonomous role where you will work in a local patch supplying proactive and preventative pest control solutions to a range of clients. This company also recognise your hard work by giving you the opportunity to earn extra through commission on winning new clients as well as selling additional services to existing customers. This well-established company are currently going through a period of rapid expansion and have an excellent reputation in their industry. This role would suit a Field Technician in pest control or similar looking to gain additional training and personal development as well as the and the opportunity to progress their career as a Manager.
