Overview

Job Title: Sales Executive Salary: £30K - £40K Location: Brighton Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Sales Executive. This role has been created to accommodate the expansion needs of the client's business. The successful candidate will be a tenacious person, able to identify, nurture and secure new business through building trusted relationships with potential new customers. The ideal candidate will have a background in Environmental sales, studies or an active interest in the Environment. Full training and development will be given. Responsibilities Sales Generating leads by undertaking independent research and seeking out relevant contacts in an organisation Making outbound calls to arrange demos and meetings with potential customers in order to prospect for new business (approx. 40% of their time) Understanding the needs of prospects and existing clients by asking relevant questions and by being able to respond effectively with a quote Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sales Working to monthly sales targets as set by Commercial Manager Progressing towards activity targets and KPI's set by Commercial Manager Delivering appropriate sales presentations through online and face to face meetings Demoing Ambilyitics software to the prospects and existing customers via online portals (Skype, Zoom etc.) Attending industry events and conferences Customer Service/Admin Responding to incoming customer enquiries over the phone and email in a timely and professional manner that endeavours to exceed their expectations Developing and maintaining professional relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance and recommending the right solution Advising clients on forthcoming product launches and informing them about special offers/promotions General Responsibilities Keep all company equipment made available to you in good condition - company vehicles, instrumentation, office furnishings, computers, phones, printers and photocopiers To maintain appropriate records and maintain strict confidentiality of the company and its staff, suppliers and clients where required To work from time to time at project locations and other office locations, and within other company group companies Willing to travel as business needs require To undertake such additional duties to support the business that are reasonably commensurate with, or lesser than, the level of the role; The employee will carry out their duties with full regard to the company's Health & Safety and Environmental Policies and any other company policies relevant to their role.
