Our client has a very exciting opportunity for an experienced telesales executive to work with the UK's Largest Independent Stockist of New and Used Storage Solutions and are now looking for a new Telesales Executive to join their busy team. As a Telesales Executive your main role will be bringing in new business and calling customers that haven't placed orders in a while. You will build a customer base that we expect you to manage and keep in regular contact, building the B2B relationship between the customer and company. Responsibilities: Champion the Internal Sales function utilising SalesForce / CloudCall and Sage 50 Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services using a semi-scripted sales pitch Responsible for increasing revenues by building relationships with a client base to ensure client renewals Go the 'extra mile' to meet the targeted daily / weekly sales quota and facilitate future sales Ensure the delivery of set performance targets measured against specific KPI's Deliver results on special product promotions / campaigns on key products to increase market share Maximise revenues and generate incremental revenues on orders received, through cross selling and new products Work with the external Sales Team to maximise opportunities and ensure effective account management of our Sales Play an active role in the Marketing activity in the business to increase the profile of the business and generate new business Review our Website and Lead Generation activity to ensure we are optimising our opportunities To support key selling activity around slow-moving stock to ensure we operate with min / max levels in the warehouse Support the Website Web Chat function when proficient with the knowledge of our products Attendance when required at Exhibitions/Networking Events Skills and Experience: Proven experience in Telesales A highly proactive, motivated self-starter with a 'can-do' attitude Experience of working with Sales Targets Good telephone manner Customer focused, commercially astute and target-driven to exceed expectations Able to learn about products and services, and describe / explain them to potential prospects Able to identify decision makers, whether a budget is available, and potential spend Able to search and generate own leads, existing leads/customers will also be supplied IT literate and able to learn how to use new computer programme software where necessary Hours of work - Full Time 8.30am-5pm Mon-Fri Salary - 20k basic OTE £35k This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for an experienced, organised and driven Telesales Competitive salary commission career development opportunities other benefits.
