The role: Territory Sales Manager This is a challenging and enjoyable role working for a world leading business. Home based covering Manchester to Birmingham, North Wales to Lincolnshire. Visiting major contractors that work on residential, commercial and industrial construction projects. Manage ongoing business relationships with existing accounts while creating a pipeline of prospects. Control every stage of the sales process from fact finding, demonstration, negotiation and close - in order to win business. You will enjoy the support of a customer service team, a highly experienced manager and a full induction. The person for this Territory Sales Manager role: This is a highly desirable employer with high standards. In all divisions they expect their sales team to have a proven track record of field sales ability and advanced skills in all stages of the sales process. In addition for this role we are looking for: A home location in Manchester, Cheshire, Staffordshire, Birmingham, Leicestershire, Derbyshire or Nottinghamshire. Previous experience of field sales achievement in the construction trade, building products or power tools industry. Excellent communication skills and presentation skills - comfortable with product demonstrations. Well planned and organised. Highly self-motivated and able to work from home.
