They are known to deal in the mid-upper end property market. They offer a brand leading working life and genuinely look after their teams. My client is looking for a polished and well spoken New Homes Sales Negotiator with experience in New Homes or Estate Agency. The ideal candidate will possess super communication and rapport building skills and be extremely well presented. Your main responsibilities within this role will include: Selling New Build properties for a variety of developments on and off plan ·Maintaining effect communication with Applicants ensuring they are aware of all suitable properties ·Successfully Negotiating offers and Sales ·Referrals to conveyancing and mortgage departments ·Recognising and securing valuation opportunities Essential Skills for this New Homes Sales Negotiator role: ·Excellent verbal and written communication skills ·Experience within estate agency or new homes. ·Well presented and aware of brand image ·Excellent client care ·Strong IT skills Working hours Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm - 1 in 3 Saturdays 8.45 to 4pm with a day off in lieu Contact
