NEW STORE - A fantastic retail opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Assistant Manager (30 hours per week) to join the NEW Pavers store opening at Hilliers Garden Centre, Warrens Cross, Lechlade-on-Thames. This site benefits from free on-site parking and is commutable from Swindon, Cirencester and Oxford loactions and surrounding villages. Salary £9.25-£9.45 per hour Hours you will be required to work as our Assistant Manager: 30 hours per week The Assistant Manager As an Assistant Manager you need to have personality, enthusiasm and determination as you will play an essential role in the success of your store. You will work closely with the Branch Management to ensure that company targets, goals and standards are achieved and assist in the prioritisation and organisation of store activity. We are interested in individuals who enjoy the challenge of the retail environment, want a rewarding career, have a passion for customer service, and have strong leadership, communication, planning and organisational skills. You may be a current Assistant/Floor Manager or Supervisor, or have supervisory experience and are looking for the next step in your career. Training is provided to all members of staff to help you perform to your potential.
