Kameo Recruitment is recruiting for an Account Manager to join a dynamic and highly reputable Fintech company, based in North Cambridge. This position is due to company growth and is a fantastic opportunity to use your communication skills. You will sit within an open plan office and be part of the wider team. Our client is open to recent graduates, as well as candidates with experience, as one of the most important things for them is cultural fit within the business. This position would suit someone who is highly organised, numerate, adaptable and professional. If this is you, please continue reading for further details; Duties & Responsibilities of the Account Manager: Preparing new business quotes and tracking there progress. Confidently onboarding assigned new clients giving excellent customer service and building relationships - this will include training via webinars, drafting contracts, presentation preparation. Liaising with clients, partners and managers on a regular basis, in order to maintain relationships. Update and maintain data across the organisation in relation to all client dealings, call handling, follow up and marketing activities. Continuous development and enhancement of procedures, building best practice to ensure a first class, yet efficient service to clients. You will need to excellent attention to detail, be a strong communicator and be willing to learn. It would be an advantage if you have a financial or economic background or education.
