Overview

Eclectic are currently recruiting for a Spanish speaking customer service position for a fantastic business based on the outskirts of Cambridge. This is a full-time 6 month contract position working with one of the region’s leading employers and offers great long-term potential. To be successful in this role you will require the following skills and attributes: Ability to speak and write in Spanish to a native standard Good organisational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Competent user of Microsoft Office Word and Excel Strong team player who is willing to "go the extra mile" The role is broad in its remit and will cover some of the following areas: Dealing directly with customers by phone, email and post Liaising with internal teams to ensure customer quires are resolved quickly Work as part of a larger team to achieve monthly KPI’s Act as main point of contact for all Spanish speaking customers globally Other ad hoc duties as required If you would like to be considered for this position, then please apply or if you would like further details please contact Jamie Morton at Eclectic Recruitment.
