Office Based Property Agent Central London £25,000 basic £75,000 OTE No Car required Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays The Company: A progressive and fast paced agency based in Central London are now looking for a key member of the team to help drive sales in their busy office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a good understanding of the Property Sales process who are wanting to step up into a high-volume role . Responsibilities: Maximise & convert prospective inbound leads and referrals into new instructions Agreeing a realistically achievable sale price based on the implemented marketing strategy, which also allows for a fee to be achieved for the business Managing a portfolio of property instructions that they will solely be responsible for listing, selling and managing Sell the features and benefits of the client to the customers Deliver market advice and a strategy to the prospective clients Assist prospective clients with the take-on process in order to bring their property to the open market as efficiently as possible. Identify efficiencies in the overall referral/take-on process Work closely with the support team to ensure that properties are taken on efficiently and professionally Maintain an oversight over the quality control of the listings, including having input on property descriptions and photographs Providing vendors with consistent and relevant feedback on their property in relation to the market response Arranging price reductions Converting viewing interest into offers Working closely with the viewings team to arrange viewings Working with prospective buyers to discuss any interest/enquiries that they may have Closing offers and converting them into agreed sales Ideal Candidate: Terrific telephone manner High energy levels Happy to make 75 calls per day Someone with excellent relationship building skills Strong rapport-building skills Ideally well-informed of the UK property market and trends Used to dealing with high volumes of transactions Strong telephone manner and thrive in a telesales environment Extremely organised Be able to work under pressure with deadlines Someone with demonstrable experience in valuing property and winning business over the competition
