Call Centre Advisor

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Call Centre Agent to join ourhead officeteam based in Warrington, with easy access from M62. Joining us on a full time permanent basis, you will receive a salary of £18,000 - £20,000 Basic OTE £35,000 (totally uncapped) Over the past 10 years, 360 Resourcing Solutions have firmly established ourselves as a market leader in online candidate attraction. Think you're up for the challenge? What you'll be doing as our Call Centre Agent Initially you will be employed in the Lead generation team generating data to call. Once successful you will graduate to the telemarketing team whereby you will be furnished with warm data through our company lead generation schedule. At this stage you will work closely with field based Business Development Managers creating sales opportunities with Senior HR and Recruitment professionals to promote 360 resourcing’s services Generate leads and cold call prospective customers. - Seek out the appropriate contact in an organisation and arrange for your BDM to meet with customers/clients face to face or generate a structured call opportunity for your BDM to handle over the phone - Map out client contacts HR Functions Org Structure and identify the ultimate decision maker for procuring recruitment solutions Our ideal Call Centre Agent will have - Strong rapport building skills and the ability to deliver relationships across a range of decision makers - Excellent standard of spoken and written English, with a polished telephone manner. - Previous telesales experience is preferable. This is a high volume telephone activity role, you will be required to consistently be on the phone each day.
