Business Development Manager Canary Wharf £30k - £40k OTE £55k - £65k Wednesday interviews Perm My client is a leading residential real estate agency based in Canary Wharf, focusing on luxury, new development properties, with offices across London and Asia. Be responsible for generating new business leads and contacts Follow up with all new business enquiries received Arrange and meet all new business leads Develop and build professional customer relationships with new and potential clients Identify and build a long-term active pipeline for the team, exploring both existing markets and targeting new market opportunities Negotiate and successfully close sales opportunities to meet and exceed agreed sales targets Search for, acquire and build new relationships with relevant business contacts both by face to face, telephone, LinkedIn, social media and email; and be useful to them High level networking and promoting an image of professionalism always Prep attendees for events Develop and deliver a strategy for new business Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to develop a concise plan to accomplish the acquisition of clients/markets Stay current on competitive analysis and understand differentiators between the company and its competitors Input into training course ideas with Head of Department from discussions with Developers, Clients and Partners.
