Our client is a successful estate agency who are looking for a senior property consultant to join their branch in Colchester. They are seeking a professional and hungry senior sales negotiator to join their friendly team. The ideal candidate must have experience working as a sales negotiator and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position comes with fantastic career prospects and opportunities to progress throughout the business. Our client focuses on providing excellent customer service whilst maximising profits and sales. The ideal candidate will be confident, outgoing, enthusiastic, be target driven and be able to demonstrate success. Candidates must hold a full driving licence. The role will involve: Successfully negotiating offers Arrange and attend viewings Driving the business forward Provide excellent customer service Registering candidates The successful candidate will have: Experience working as a sales negotiator Strong customer service skills Driven and passionate about property Friendly approach Team player Must be highly self-motivated A driving license Salary: In return, my client is offering a £18,000 - £22,000 basic (Depending on experience) with OTE of £34,000 - £37,000 plus car allowance or company car.
