Business Development Manager - Addlestone BasicSalary: £23,000 OTE: £ 45,000 Hours of work will be; Monday 8am to 6:30pm Tuesday to Thursday 8:30am to 6:30pm Friday 8am to 6pm Every other Saturday 9am to 5pm We have a great opportunity to join our clients thriving business in the capacity of Business Development Manager. The ideal candidate for this will be someone who has worked within the property industry, particularly on the sales side. The role itself will entail business development face to face with potential clients for sales, and a typical day would consist of; Checking online portals for new listings. Contacting the vendors by phone or in person Keeping up to date with portal listings, price reductions etc Keeping regular contact with the client face to face and via telephone Organising touting letters for potential sales clients Blanket touting using sold in your area flyers and our company magazine Speaking face to face with clients Maintaining and managing the data received from all of the above Building rapport with potential clients and the local community If you are interested in this Business Development Manager position and would like to know more please email your CV or telephone us on a strictly private and confidential basis.
