Overview
Trainee Estate Agent Croydon and Surrounding areas OTE £24 in the first year No Experience is required - full training and qualifications given I am keen to hear from people that are looking to start their career within estate agency. This role is ideal for an ambitious salesperson who is looking to build a career in one of the most dynamic and prominent industries. The working environment is friendly, upbeat, competitive and we require outgoing personalities who thrive in a "work-hard, play-hard" atmosphere and my client has expansion plans, and this is an excellent opportunity for people who want to become managers within a few years. As a Negotiator you must enjoy dealing with a variety of people, as the role involves being presentable, meeting new clients, assessing their property needs and working with landlords and tenants in order to let their properties. You will need an excellent telephone manner, strong communication skills and the ability to ensure working relationships between all parties are handled smoothly. In return our client is offering a basic salary, a generous commission structure and paid for qualifications.
