Overview
Veblen International are on the lookout for a Senior Demand Planner to join an impressive global distributor of high quality, but affordable beauty products and personal care accessories. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a cosmetics brand that operates on a global scale. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Leading the demand planning function for EMEA Managing the S&OP process to ensure optimal customer service levels and efficient supply chain network Working across multiple areas, including finance, operations, sales and marketing to drive business growth Creating KPI’s to drive focus on top priorities and measure against benchmarks Reporting on the business performance on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, providing gap analysis to explain any changes Liaising with supply chain and logistics partners based in the UK to ensure all stock is managed, received and processed appropriately Management of a small team to ensure all orders are received Candidate requirements: Significant demand planning experience in an externally facing role Exceptional leadership skills A detail-oriented mind Confident using Microsoft applications, especially Excel Excellent communication skills Strong analytical skills Experience creating, implementing and communicating forecast accuracy metrics and measures Able to learn and adapt to different systems very quickly As part of the application process, we will store your details on our database.
