Overview
Business Development Executive £20,000 - £25,000, OTE £30,000 London Get Recruited are working alongside a world leader in providing Training and Development in etiquette, modern manners and service skills. As a Business Development Executive, you will have to be a results and target-driven individual who can actively seek out and engage with potential clients within the educational, hospitality and corporate sectors. THE ROLE Identifying opportunities for growth and qualifying potential leads Overseeing the Business Development from Lead through to closing the sale Having a good knowledge of Training and Courses provided - being about to sale the differing courses depending on each client's individual own needs. Establishing, developing and maintaining positive business and customer relationships Reaching out to customer leads through cold calling, client meetings and networking Coordinating sales efforts with team members and other departments Updating and maintaining the CRM platform YOU Demonstrate a good command of the English Language A focused and disciplined individual who is motivated to achieve targets Demonstrated the ability to work alone and well within a team Excellent phone manner Experience within a Training / Development role will be beneficial Previous experience within a Sales environment will be essential Previous experience of using CRM systems will be essential BENEFITS Generous holiday package Potential to build upon basic salary - OTE £30,000 Working with a world leading Brand in etiquette, modern manners and service skills Company Pension Get Recruited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
