Overview
We are working with an independent Estate Agency based just outside Reading who are looking to bring on an experienced Sales Manager. The agency are a small independent and are looking for someone who can spearhead the sales operation at one of their branches. You will be tasked with increasing branch revenue through proactive generation of new business as well as effective management of a small team. Responsibilities include; Carrying out valuations and listing new stock Carrying out viewings and negotiating offers Vendor and applicant management Ensuring an excellent level of customer service at all times Managing a small team of negotiators The successful applicant will have; Estate agency sales and listing experience Excellent track record of winning instructions Ideally experience of managing staff A good local knowledge of Reading and surrounding towns You would be joining an ambitious Estate Agency with a brief to grow the business. You will be working Monday-Friday 08.30-18.30 and every other Saturday. Basic salary is depending on experience and OTE is in the range of £40,000- £50,000 pa.
