Assistant Manager, Cheshire Oaks LUXURY PRODUCT This ideal candidate will work 30 hours We are currently seeking a pro-active, results driven Assistant Manager for a luxury boutique in Cheshire Oaks. If you thrive on inspiring a small team to beat their targets and provide world-class service then we'd love to speak to you THE ROLE The Assistant Manager is responsible for the stores overall commercial success. You will be responsible for managing the store team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation. You will be expected to have a strong retail floor presence, educating and influencing the store, so enjoying this boutique environment is vital. The ideal candidate will be a highly capable leader who will confidentially coach their team of to provide an unforgettable in-store experience. Prior experience with a leading brand or luxury retailer is preferred.
