Overview
Due to continued success, an established, busy Estate & Letting Agents in Putney require an experienced Lettings professional to join their team. Working within this brand, the successful candidate will be a professional, customer focussed individual with a real passion for delivering a first class service as well as meeting targets Responsibilities will include; arranging and accompanying property viewings, liaising with tenants and landlords to agree new lets, managing the move in process, ensuring properties are legally compliant, resolving any issues that may occur, ensuring the highest service levels are provided. To be considered for this position candidates must have previous experience in lettings and be confident in their ability to develop new business. A tenacious, "can-do" attitude is essential My client offers fantastic career development opportunities for ambitious employees, as well as on going support and training for senior management. This role is paying a basic salary up to £20,000 with a realistic On Target Earning of £35,000 depending on experience. A company car will also be provided as well as additional company benefits available to all employees. A 5 day working week is exercised to include some Saturdays.
