Mind partners is a Strategy Consulting and Executive Search firm for senior management and C-level executives. It has offices in Paris and London and Dublin. We are proud to be partnering with Laudescher in the search of their new Business Development Manager in the UK. The ideal candidate will be based in London/Greater London. National and international travels will be expected. The role will report directly to the Export Sales Director based in France. LAUDESCHER is a leading French manufacturer of eco-designed timber architectural systems for building envelopes, including suspended ceilings, acoustics wall cladding, openwork façades. After strong development and growth all around Europe, the company is looking for its UK ambassador to liaise with current distributors as well as developing sales channel. The position is field based. Your missions As a UK Business Development Manager at Laudescher your main mission will be to explore, manage and develop new relationships and leverage existing ones with clients, architects and distribution channels, whilst identifying new projects and opportunities to drive growth across the UK. Your main responsibilities - Identify and expand on sales opportunities through B2B relationship management, - Work consultatively with client ensuring the sales cycle is completed, - Prepare annual sales budgets and achieve sales targets, - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential leads, - Work cross-functionally with the manufacturing site in France providing technical advice to clients and distributors, - Attend industry relevant exhibitions and conferences, - Keep CRM updated continually, - Promote a culture of growth through sales across the business, - Being aware of market trends and competitors - Previous sales and business development experience. About you - You hold a Master’s degree or equivalent, - You have technical knowledge in wood panel/acoustic solution or/and related industry (not mandatory), - 5 years experience or more as a Business Development Manager, - Experience dealing with Interior Designers and/or Architecture agencies is required, - You have excellent attention to details and you can work accurately while meeting deadlines, - You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, - Strong proven business to business (B2B) field sales experience, - Strong commercial awareness.
