Sales Negotiator- Telford - up to £18k basic £25k - £30k package Fantastic opportunity to work for one of the areas most sought after Independent Estate Agent Brands who have built up an impressive and successful business over that last 20 years. They are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator ideally with local Telford knowledge who has a minimum of 12 months Estate Agency experience. Sales Negotiator Role: ·Register applicants, book viewings ·Carry out Viewings and negotiate offers ·Progressing Sales through to completion ·Ensure all office systems/service standards are adhered to ·Ability to maintain a good working atmosphere Key Skills required for a successful Sales Negotiator: • Estate Agency Experience • Excellent communication skills • Accurate, numerate and computer literate • A team player with excellent organisational skills • You must have a full UK driving licence and your own car
