Business Development Manager - Addlestone

High Basic up to £23,000 commission Company Car My client is looking for somebody to join their sales team based in their 'Sales Hub’ in Addlestone , from here all of the sales team work and cover all of our Areas from Chertsey to Staines. The ideal candidate for this will be someone who has worked within the property industry, particularly on the sales side. The role itself will entail business development face to face with potential clients for sales, a typical day would consist of; Checking online portals for new listings Contacting the vendors if we have their details and if not finding the house number and going direct to the property to speak to the client and or leave some branded material Keeping up to date with portal listings, price reductions etc and keeping regular contact with the client face to face and via telephone Organising touting letters for potential sales clients for example, new to market with other agent, price reduction, withdrawn etc etc Blanket touting using sold in your area flyers and our company magazine, also speaking face to face with clients Maintaining and managing the data received from all of the above and building rapport with potential clients and the local community Hours of work will be; Monday 8am to 6:30pm Tuesday to Thursday 8:30am to 6:30pm Friday 8am to 6pm Every other Saturday 9am to 5pm THIS ROLE REPRESENTS A FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR A CONFIDENT DRIVEN SALES PROFESSIONAL - APPLY IN CONFIDENCE Please note we act as outsourced resourcers and are not CV brokers - we will therefore NOT forward your personal information CV without speaking to you in the first instance and all applications are dealt with confidentially.
