Job title: Recruitment Consultant | Location: Kent Salary: £18,000 to £23,000 | Contract: Permanent Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant seeking a new challenge? Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 OTE (5-15k year 1) 3x £1000 long term target hit The role: As a Recruitment Consultant you will be required to source for and manage a warm desk that provides education staff and professionals to varying local authority Primary and Secondary schools and provisions across the Herts, Beds, and Bucks Area. What it takes to become our next Recruitment Consultant: Motivation to build a career within a successful and forward thinking company in a competitive, fast and rewarding sector. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with clients, candidates and colleagues alike. An experienced recruiter with a sales background. Competitive nature and a willingness to engage in many of the exciting regional and national sales challenges.
