A market leading independent agency require a Sales Negotiator to join their team in Chatham. If you are an experienced Sales Negotiator, and are looking for a new opportunity, this could be a fantastic career move for you. As a Sales Negotiator, responsibilities will include: Arranging and attending property viewings Negotiating offers and agreeing sales Maintaining regular contact with vendors Assisting in progressing sales through to completion Referring other company services Booking valuations This is a brilliant opportunity for a property professional looking to join a high-quality brand who provide huge career prospects. This company have an enviable reputation in the local market and as such require a professional individual to join the Sales team. Career progression is clear in this role. My clients are looking for a new team member who is keen from day one to work towards becoming a star valuer for the branch In return a basic salary of £15,000 will be offered depending on experience, a personal commission with a realistic OTE of £27,00 - £30,000 Car allowance. (Salary / Package Negotiable and dependent on experience.)
