Overview
Background My co-founder and I have significant start-up experience having both successfully started, scaled and sold previous businesses. We have experience creating the value proposition, raising investment, building teams, marketing businesses, building brands, creating significant revenue streams from scratch and taking businesses through to exit. We have started a new venture to help boost employee wellness. We are building a network of the right team members, advisors, investors and industry experts to help us scale aggressively and make this a success. This already includes 2 CEOS / founders of successful HR businesses (advisors), investors who have showed interest, a bestselling HR author and influencer and a client who are willing to pay for and test our prototype, which will provide feedback to shape our offering. We are ready to add developer experience to our team to get the MVP up and running ASAP so our client can start testing it. Experience Required Full stack developer Experience building websites and mobile / tablet apps Eye for design - experience in UX / UI; can produce well-designed wireframes and build the MVP quickly Experience managing and growing tech teams You have the skills to build solutions to integrate with 3rd party booking systems Strong project management skills Able to translate business / user requirements and design technical solutions Experience implementing best practice technical architecture and scalable solutions Based in London If you think you have the right experience, please get in touch with some examples of websites / apps that you have built from scratch and tell us a little bit about yourself and your previous experience.
