Account Manager - Luxury Cosmetics Brand - Department Store My client is a luxury make-up and skincare brand that focuses on minimalist beauty, now looking for an exceptional Account Manager to lead one of their established counters on Oxford Street, Central London. Responsibilities and Duties: Acting as a role model for all employees by continuously exhibiting a high level of service and attention to detail in all tasks Leading by example on KPI's and monitoring staff performance Creating business plans against brand marketing calendar Organising promotions by setting up displays and educating customers and employees on promotions and events Build strong relationships within the department. Coach and develop your team Person Specification: Previous experience managing a large team and min £1.5million turnover Strong leadership and communication skills Ability and experience managing in store relationships Results driven and commercial Attention to detail Beauty therapist qualification advantageous but not essential.
