Property Valuer Addlestone £20-23K commission My client is seeking a Property Valuer to join their team in Addlestone. The Property Valuer will be based in the Addlestone office, covering the areas from Chertsey through to Staines. The Property Valuer will: Analyse the current market to gain a strong understanding of the market trends and property values Provide independent advice to the sales team Conduct face to face valuations on the vendors property Collate and maintain property listings Liaise with the vendors on any enquiries they have regarding the valuation The ideal candidate will: Have previous experience within the property market, ideally sales Have excellent attention to detail Be able to work on their own initiative and manage a large workload Have outstanding communication skills; both verbal and written Be a car driver, holding a full UK driving license Working hours are Monday 8am to 6:30pm, Tuesday to Thursday 8:30 to 6:30pm, Friday 8am to 6pm and every other Saturday 9am to 5pm.
