Overview

Trainee Estate Agent (Sales and Lettings) SW London Basic £14,000 to £17,000 Company Car or Car allowance (to rent a car) Typically you will earn between £30,000 to £40,000 in your first year We are now looking for bright and friendly people who are looking to get into the Property industry. You will need a driving licence, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn on the job. In return, you will be trained up by professionals who have been working in the industry for many years and will give you the best introduction to this exciting industry. Typical duties Calling up applicants and profiling them Conducting viewings Taking Offers for properties Speaking with home owners Liaising with colleagues in the office Speaking about mortgages and the buying process Attributes You will need a great telephone manner and determination Good listener Accuracy Punctuality Desire to succeed Happy to work until 7pm some evenings (doing viewings) You will receive Basic Salary Car or Car allowance (to lease a car) Commission Ongoing support and training Opportunity to progress through the company Company incentives If you would like to know more or discuss the role in more detail please send over your CV and we will call you.
