Overview

As an Inbound Sales Professional working for one of Europe's fastest growing and forward-thinking Fin-Tech companies, you will be on the front line for our Canary Wharf based client. Dealing with inbound enquiries from customer service teams you will have extensive product knowledge in order to advise customers on the best possible deal for their business, with the goal of converting enquiries into a new customer for the company. Day to day responsibilities include: Consulting with business owners who are interested in setting up, or changing providers, for their payment processes. Signing up small and medium business owners to contracts. Receiving incoming calls from potential customers and turning enquiries into deals. Maximising conversion of leads and negotiating deals with customers. Managing your own pipeline to achieve and surpass monthly targets. Provide a consultative and customer-centric service. Manage sales cycles of 1-2 weeks, and keep potential customers warm throughout the process. The right candidate will have 3-4 years experience in working successfully in B2B telesales, a proven history of selling business to business and of hitting targets. Excellent telephone communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport with potential customers, the right person will be extremely target driven and self motivated.
