Overview
Anne Jagger Recruitment is seeking Business Development Executives to start a 4 - 6 week campaign ASAP. Our client is a busy successful lead generation specialist based in North Oxfordshire. Please note that the training period for this campaign is 2 weeks and would be based at the client's Bicester office (Monday to Friday) and then the position would be on a working from home basis. Accommodation can be provided for the 2 week training period (Monday to Friday) for candidates based more than an hour commute away. You will be responsible for outbound telephone calls to companies in the UK to speak to decision makers to market a specific IT solution. You will identify and qualify sales opportunities and set up appointments for the Technical Sales Team. Suitable candidates should have previous experience in any of the following: Marketing, Telemarketing, IT Sales, Telesales, Lead Generation, Business Development, Internal Sales, Appointment Setting, Field Sales or Account Management. Previous B2B outbound calling experience is essential. Incentives: Anyone reaching 20% or above for the week will go home at lunch time on Friday but will be paid for the day. Any day you get a lead/book an appointment you will go home half an hour early but paid normal time. Cash incentives for caller of the month This is a full time, temporary position (37 hours per week). The working hours for this temporary position will be 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am - 4:30pm on Fridays. The hourly rate of this role is between £11 and £12 depending on skills and experience plus holiday pay.
